A mate of mine gave me this for my birthday as an upgrade. I am liking it. It takes about ten minutes to be prepared & has an indicator light to show fellowes laminator is hot . A double roller method sends your document through the laminator smoothly at the right speed. It is built for 3mm & 5mm lamination pouches which is fine for home & home office use. In the event you do receive a jam, the unit has a release button to pull out the document & unjam the machine.
